Mr. Clark is a proven business-builder, having served as an advisor to and director of a number of high-growth businesses including Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC), Andlauer Healthcare Group (TSX: AHG), ClearEstate Technologies and Dominion City Brewing.

Imad is the Chief Financial Officer of Saltire Capital Ltd. (TSX: SLT), a public acquirer building a portfolio of businesses operating in essential sectors of the economy. As a leader with nearly 16 years of experience spanning audit, financial reporting, complex transactions and capital markets—across Canada, the Middle East and Australia—he brings a rare combination of technical depth and commercial judgment to the role.
